We liked the FCC good view over the street and the food was good as well. Possbily a higher price than other resturants in Phnom Pehn but a nice place to be. more
This is a lovely quiet resturant south of the Royal Palace and if you stay at The Pavilion a short walk. The service was very friendly and the food good although they had not had desserts delvered...more
