We spent a week here as part of our honeymoon. We were delayed on our flight from new york and arrived at 1am. The reception was busy even at that hour and we had to wait a little while. We were then showed to our room which we discovered was more of a necessity than a courtesy as you could easily get lost here. We were initially shown to the wrong room which overlooked a construction site even though we had requested and paid for a fountain view room. The rooms are quite comfortable although i would say that this hotel is more imposing than inviting. There are pressure sensors on the mini bar which the bell boy explained was to prevent theft by the housekeepers. How reassuring. Needless to say we were to afraid to go near the thing and left all our belongings in the safe. We dined a few times in the hotel. Le Cirque was by far the nicest and we had a very pleasant, albeit rich meal there. Las Vegas is the most bizarre city and although we had a nice enough time, i wont be hurrying back. Once is enough for my lifetime.
