After staying in approximately a dozen different hotels in Las Vegas over the years, from the old days at Circus Circus, to more recently Treasure Island, Ceasars Palace and Monte Carlo, we have found a new place to call home while in Las Vegas.
Our stay was from October 23 - 26. We booked through a private owner on ebay. He was very gracious and the rate was about 40 % less than the hotel website or expedia when all was said and done.
Upon taxi arrival from the airport we were directed from the gated entrance to Tower 1. We had a late arrival and were told our room was on the 12th floor. We were escorted up by a very polite bellman who took plenty of time to explain the details of the Jr Suite in detail. As with all of the other service at the hotel, his was first class.
The room was amazing. A great bed. HUGE bathroom with walkin shower and jacuzzi tub, including flat screen tv. Full kitchentte including toaster, blender, stove, etc. Nice flat screen tv, couch, chairs etc. Our room did not have a balcony.
Everything about this property was fantastic. One minor glitch on the last day when we tried to request a late checkout. Since we booked through the owner we had to call a different number and leave a request, but our call was returned within an hour or two and our request granted.
For those who say the walk is to long to MGM...get over it. I timed it at about 5 minutes to the MGM mall and 8 minutes to the casino itself. A short walk by Vegas standards. If you are headed north on the strip or to Paris, go out the front gate, down Harmon and through the Miracle Mile shops. Going this way is no more than a 15 minute walk to Paris.
We loved this property and will return on our next trip to Vegas. Feel free to send any specific questions. Enjoy your stay
