This hotel has major issues. They seem to be failing their guests due to greed. They permit day visitors, which on public holidays they cram in as many as possible to gain profit at guests expense. They do not have the infastructure to cope with the large amount of people.
We stayed as guests over Labor Day weekend paying well above the average cost of a Vegas Hotel. The place was a disgrace. Their were no towels avaialable, garbage and cigarette ends everywhere. The restrooms were swiming with urine and nobody to look after the needs of guests. If you speak with reception you get a "Don't bother me" look with the exception from the owner John and an other nice guy called David. The place runs not too bad when the owner is around. But that's not very often and as soon as he leaves the service goes down hill quickly.
As for the rooms they are okay. This place looks like a converted Days Inn. It's in a bad location. The pool is okay if not a little small. Trying to get a chair at the pool is impossible if you are not on iy by 09:00 when the day guests arrive.
Room Service is unbelievable bad. Our room was not serviced for 2 days and on other days it was not cleaned, just the bed made.
My suggestion would be to stay in a main chain hotel and just visit this hotel as a day guest. The rates they charge for staying here and the service they provide does not merit it. Do as all the other day visitors do...arrive early and have a free buffet breakfast so their is nothing left for the guests and stay all day and go back to a less expensive hotel with better service. No point complaining to the staff about breakfast. i did several times and nobody listens
If you need wireless internet forget it. It never works in this hotel and no matter how much you complain again nothing is done.
I would not recommend this hotel. The sooner an other gay resort opens the better this place needs some compitition.
