This park is probably the nicest RV park in the Las Vegas area! They have three price ranges, and it is worth it to get one of the "premium" sites with a lawn. Our site backed up to the pools and putting green, and we even had some trees. Roads are paved and sites are concrete with picnic tables. Sites are good sized and easy to get into with big rigs.
Overall, everything is clean and tidy. The showers are large, individual rooms each with shower/sink/toilet. They are not new, and obviously get a lot of use, but are kept clean. The lawns are mowed, the streets are swept and and the many trash cans are emptied several times a day.
There are two pools and one of them is "adult only", so there is a quiet area for adults to relax. The children's pool has a waterfall and sandy beach for them to play on.
They have about a half dozen dog runs - all of them super clean. There is also a very large dog run near the front entrance to the park. Security is excellent, as they have friendly staff on duty at the gate 24/7. This is a very large park with about 700 spaces.
The restaurant located to the side of the office was excellent! We had breakfast there every morning for five days, sometimes taking it back to our trailer and sometimes eating under the trees by the pool. Quite reasonably priced, too.
The park is a few minutes' drive from the south transit bus station, or you can drive to the nearby outlet mall and park there to catch the deuce into town. It takes about 15 minutes to get to center strip on the air conditioned deuce, which runs 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, the desk staff are not familiar with how & where to catch the bus. The trolley is no longer in business.
The only problem we had here was the wi-fi. It does not reach to every site, and indeed the front desk does not seem to know which sites it works in. There is one person in charge of the wi-fi system, and she does not have a phone in her office. It was supposed to work where we were, but was hit-n-miss. We finally bought a booster for it at a local electronics store, which helped a lot.
Additionally, they do charge for the wi-fi, about $5 per day. That is ridiculously expensive when one is paying over $50 for an RV campsite!
So, they get an above average rating instead of excellent, due to the wi-fi problems. But we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Las Vegas.
