“Poor Value for the Dollar - Place is falling apart, Poor Management”

They call this a 5 star resort and on the surface it may appear so. The bathrooms didn't have hot water and are falling apart, the cable doesn't work most of the time, the washers and dryers don't work, and worst yet, they say they have WIFI at every site, but it seldom works. I complained to the management, Cindy and Dana (husband and wife) who did nothing. I left messages for Dana (GM) who didn't even call me back. When their son came to the RV about the internet, he showed me how his lap top worked fine, but upon questioning, he has his receiver boosted to allow him to atually receive internet. Overall, this park has the smoke and mirrors of a great park, but structurally it is falling apart and management is terrible. I used to come here years ago and the park was filled weeks in advance, but now it is about 40% vacant all of the time.
They don't care about their patrons, their management is pretty much incompetent and their service staff no little if anything about the RV lifestyle. For the money, a poor value overall.

a really nice resort in a good location for the strip, $15cab fare away or free shuttle and use trolley service.[much less fuss getting a cab as the shuttle makes a few stops on the way].very clean site with swimming pools and hot tub amongst the palm trees along with a cocktail bar. a lovely lobby and friendly staff greet you on arrival. we was out a lot but had no problem with noise from airport late night or early morning. fantastic place, would definately stay here again when in vegas.

If you travel by rv and need a quiet place to mellow out this is it. The grounds are clean, spacious, and secure. Don't be put off by the rewiews of airplane noise. We stayed 5 nights and heard nothing, and spend under 50$ nightly. You're just down the road from the outlet stores, BASS pro shop, and several casinos. One casino offers tram service incase you want to drink, but not drive The only downside was the tram-there is trolly service to Mandelay bay, then transfers to others, but it's a little time consumming. I enjoyed a nighttime dip in the adult pool and spa. The seperate family pool has a beach area for the kids to build sand castles. There's an 18 hole minuture golf course- not a kids play area, but a real life miniture with putting greeens and such. We saw mostly older men out there practicing. They have an on site cafe for breakfast and lunch with good prices and food. There was live music on Sat night.
We come to Vegas 3-4 times yearly and this will be our stopping place everytime.

“This is a VERY nice place to stay”

Since my RV is 12 years old, I had to pass inspection to be admitted. Not a problem, as I had just scrubbed 'er down and polished the wheels prior to leaving home. The price of the "premium" space was reasonable, and placed me close to the store, office and pools, as advertised. I LOVE that there is a special pool for adults only. Kids have their own pool. The free donut and coffee in the morning was a welcome touch. The only thing missing is large shade trees, but with the temp hovering around 109, they wouldn't have done much good anyway. There are lots of trees, but they are young. Not a piece of trash anywhere. Very clean place. I will be back in the fall when it's a little cooler.

“An Oasis in the desert”

Loved this RV Park! This is a very well oiled machine. The park is one of the largest we have stayed at, but they still manage to make you feel right at home and offer wonderful service.

The park is well maintained and has on-site staff constantly tending to every aspect of the community. They have a family pool, adult pool, small golf course, laundry rooms, small cafe, and community store. Each site has a patio area with picnic table and a grass area. The pull-through sites (which is what we were in,) are very easy to negotiate and the back-ins look fine as well. I think we liked the park as much, if not more than the city itself.

Note: If you stay, be sure to avoid the contracted trolley service they offer. It is extremely slow and puts a damper on visiting the Las Vegas strip. Many of the hotels do offer free parking and you just need to tip the valet. This is a much better option.
