KOA is located right next to the Circus Circus, with hilton Grand Vacations and Sky Las Vegas towering right over it.

We camped there for one night for $10 a tent. But...there was no dedicated camping spot! We were camping right next to RV's and others were staying on the curb of the main roads! They just gave us any grass space (if you have been to KOA LV, any place right along the road for parking an RV. Some of us were actually kind of scared if an RV accidentally went onto the curb and crashed onto us.

The facilities were okay, with showers and toliets and sinks. They were a little dirty. In addition, there was free wireless internet, but it wouldn't work after we used it for 2 hours.

The surroundings were actually very quiet. We couldn't hear any of the honking and traffic from Las Vegas Blvd. Most of the sound we could hear was a calming, soothing waterfall (probably from Sky Las Vegas) and a rare occasion where a plane flew over KOA.

Overall, KOA is okay, but having us to stay right next to a road, parking, etc. was dangerous and not very attractive at all. They should make a dedicated spot instead.

Stayed here four nights when visiting Las Vegas. It's basically a big parking lot, fully paved and trees at odd intervals. The site was comfortable with our big rig and car beside. We messed up by trying to get there off the Strip with a right turn in a big rig - not recommended, but it's easy if you plan your route. Taxis all know where the KOA is, the whole thing works well. They take pets with a caution to leave ventilation during hot weather.
