The Paris hotel was clean and comfortable but it was the blue sky of the casino that was very weird. Check in was quick and painless and the concierage friendly. You can even checkout through your tv in your room. Very easy to do.
Restaurants were generally OK. The buffet for breakfast was friendly but the food was just passable. The Eiffel Tower restaurant was excellent with great views of the Strip. Expect line ups during breakfast and dinner periods and make reservations at the Eiffel if you're planning a visit.
Warning: beware of the "information" booth as you walk from Paris to Bally's. We were tricked into going to a timeshare presentation with Wyndham vacations. We thought it was a real information booth but it turned out to be Wyndham promo reps. They said the presentation would take two hours, it took four. Do not go...no matter what they offer you, it's not worth it.
I had a good vacation but I don't think I would stay in the Paris hotel again. Great location but Paris wasn't great enough for a return visit.
