Mom and I come to Vegas every year in November. This is my 9th time and each time, we try and stay somewhere different. In 2005, mom and I stayed at Paris and quite liked it. We decided to stay here again in 2008. What a difference a few years makes.
Check in was slow, service NOT friendly, not one smile. Her whole attitude was disinterested, uncaring and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The room was fine, beds comfortable. We had to wait 3 times for blankets as all you get are sheets on the beds. When we got the blankets finally, they were stained badly. No apologies from the manager Nicole nor housekeeping. Management does not call back when they say they will.
Le Notre has wonderful pastries but grouchy staff and we got hot water when we ordered our tea today, no tea bag came with it! So we paid for that for nothing. Dealers seem disgruntled and the machines were tight. The cleanliness of the hotel and overall look and feel is terrific. The staff could just benefit from some training - they need attitude adjustments! We all pay good money to stay here! Final bill was a bite too. Make sure if you do stay here you check it carefully. I doubt we will be back unless things shape up here.
