I spent one night at this hotel which was one night too many. Def not a 4 star property. I relied on the Starwood name expecting above par customer service, friendly staff and a comfortable care-free stay. Nothing of the sort. The staff was bland and sometimes nowhere to be found. The Concierge phone was never answered. At one point I went down to the desk after being tossed into voicemail. The woman at the concierge desk was busy chatting up one of the other employees. Only when i interrupted them did she speak to me. The rooms are small and definately not up to a 4 star standard - MAYBE 3 stars, but that's pushing it. the Heavenly Shower was nothing more than two shower heads on one pipe. Frankly, the lower of the two is useless and can be painful depending on the temp and pressure of the water. The halls were cramped and closed-in. The valets were helpful but certainly ready for their tips. The lounge bar and casino were OK, but lacked any sort of personality except for the bartender on duty. She was great! I quickly dropped my luggage and left to meet up with friends staying at other hotels. I really regret booking this through priceline. I paid $140 plus taxes for what i consider to be a $70.00/night property AT BEST. Don't bother staying here or booking through priceline in Vegas!
