Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and the rooms were nice but the Owner was not the nicest person. Long story short, we got accused of not paying when we had offerd to pay twice, (cash & cc) but the front desk refused both until check up. Owner called room and threatened to call 911 if we did not come to the front desk now. Will never stay there again.

I thought the Krystal Aire Inn is a good value if you are looking for a clean & cheap place to sleep. I saw the sign in front advertising rooms for $49.99 and decided to try. I had a room in the front section with indoor hallways. The wireless internet worked great and the room was clean. They had a waffle maker in the breakfast area, plus the usual cereal, milk, coffee, etc. There is a Ruby Tuesday next door which I walked over to for supper for a great burger. The bed is rather hard.

This is the best kept secret in Springfield. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was AWESOME! Everyone greeted us promptly. I love the bath and body works products and the breakfast was great... especially for the whole family, it can get costly. Overall great hotel and great value.... only wish the outdoor pool was open:)

Overall it was fair, but the rooms were furnished with items that appeared to be found at yard sales (rust on the lamps, soiled arms on chair fabric). There was only one pictures in the room. I was able to secure another hotels wireless service before access the KA wireless. The bed was rock hard and the pillows seemed very old. The sink was in need of cleaning under the handles. The shower would not suit anyone over 5' 10". The rate was okay, but other hotels in the area are much better.

If you are a non-smoker, it works, but I was very dissatisfied with the overall quality of the room.

Although I stayed here this trip, never again.
