This is the best kept secret in Springfield. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was AWESOME! Everyone greeted us promptly. I love the bath and body works products and the breakfast was great... especially for the whole family, it can get costly. Overall great hotel and great value.... only wish the outdoor pool was open:)

Overall it was fair, but the rooms were furnished with items that appeared to be found at yard sales (rust on the lamps, soiled arms on chair fabric). There was only one pictures in the room. I was able to secure another hotels wireless service before access the KA wireless. The bed was rock hard and the pillows seemed very old. The sink was in need of cleaning under the handles. The shower would not suit anyone over 5' 10". The rate was okay, but other hotels in the area are much better.

If you are a non-smoker, it works, but I was very dissatisfied with the overall quality of the room.

Although I stayed here this trip, never again.

I booked via Orbitz the day before we left. We received an outside room (although the hotel wasn't full) on the 2nd floor (no elevator, just more of a pain than anything with 2 small children). There was an incredibly bright light shining near the pool right into our room. I had hopes it would be turned off when the pool closed, but no luck - guess it was a parking lot security light. You could see it around the curtains all night.

The TV remote did not work at all. If you touched a button it kept flipping to AUX so I had to remove the batteries and stand by the tv to change the channels (like the good old days? LOL). The voice-mail on the phone kept blinking, even after I checked and deleted two (obviously old) voice-mails. After a 2nd go-round w/it, I finally got it to stop blinking.

Given the price paid ($58 including the Orbitz fee), it was ~okay~ but I don't think I'd stay again. The Drury Inn nearby is a much better hotel (but twice the price).

Rooms were small, TV was small. Very clean. Shower was wonderful. Desk staff helpful and courteous. All in all, a pleasant place.
