Arrived after dark and drove around in circles trying to find the place (with directions from the hotel). When I finally found it, things didn't improve much. Front desk didn't tell me where the elevator was (not near lobby, but way down the hall). Had only feather pillows, to which I am allergic. Tried to call front desk, but the phone was not answered. Ended up rolling towels for a makeshift pillow. They had internet access through the TV, but message that said a trial of Windows had expired blocked the screen and I could not get rid of it. Shower had wimpy water pressure. Each thing was relatively minor, but added up to a frustrating experience. I would not go back to this hotel.
