If you are looking for above average value, this is the place. Located off I-64 just outside of the I-270 belt. This hotel is located with the Maryville University Campus, a wooded corporate office park and another Marriott property.

Rooms were nicely appointed, although somewhat small. We had a king bedroom with sofa bed, desk. Our room was facing the I-64 highway and it was a bit noisy. If you have the choice, ask for any room away from the expressway.

The area is quiet (otherwise) and wooded. The hotel and staff are very professional. Very nice pool area, work-out room and nice relaxing lobby with computers to check your emails. The Courtyard breakfast buffet is avail for an additional charge.

We stayed at this recently renovated hotel complex in a wonderful area for the unheard of price of $59.00! Not a priceline nor hotwire, this came from their own site. What Value!!!

This is a reliable business hotel filled with business types. The room was comfortable but had a noisy heater. Breakfast was very good value with lots of choices including cooked to order eggs. Appreciated the free wireless and newspaper as well as a friendly front desk. Would use again if in the area for business.

I stayed here for business in mid-July of this year. I usually choose Courtyard hotels because they are a good value for the money. This one had two groups of teenagers staying there: both were incredibly noisy, and were holding practices until 11:30pm in the adjoining parking lot. This, of course, was not management's fault, but it was nevertheless a bit noisy around the hotel. My only complaint with the hotel was that we arrived around 1pm, and early checkins are usually not a problem. We were told in fairly harsh terms that everyone was just going to have to wait until 3pm to check in. While I don't object to the wait, I did object to the tone. Another manager started her shift shortly thereafter and moved check in along much smoother. Location is fine, in an office park. Restaurants are a bit of a hike, but manageable.

Really hard to find, helpful staff. Room was ok, pillows sucked. Water pressure low. Not much buffering between room so was kind of noisy. Normally like Marriott hotels, wouldn't go back to this one though.

Food in restaurant was ok (continental was ok, hot was lukewarm).
