Not a very friendly place to stay. None of the water parks were open friday evening so I let my 7 grandchildren swim and was charged $45 even though I was told it was $5 per person. I asked for a $10 refund when I was checking out but was told that only the manager could issue a refund. I faxed him a letter when I got back home but was ignored. I really think that $35 would have been plenty for an hours worth of swimming.
