Overall, the hotel was OK, average for a Holiday Inn Express. Of the two HIEx properties in Branson, I prefered the other one (on 76.)

There were a few things that put me off about this hotel:
1. The room had a musty smell and very humid.
2. Front desk staff were not friendly
3. Tip jars everywhere in the breakfast area.

Otherwise it is your average Holiday Inn Express. Good location, right near the strip and Clean rooms. However after seeing the prices of other motels in the area, there is nothing about this property that justifies paying 2x more than one of the non-chain hotels.

We were very pleased with the quality of this hotel. The exercise room and self service laundry were very handy also.
Our room was clean and quiet,which ,considering all the traffic outside,was great.
The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating,and the lobby was very nice. There were lots of families in and out with children,but we couldn't hear them once we were in our room. The hot breakfast was nice and had plenty of choices..
This hotel is set back from the street and is a lot quieter than the previous one we stayed in.(Ugh-Branson's Best)

The only downside was that the room that we got didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. We did get a great rate though.

We stayed four nights in this HIE and our stay was good. We had a double queen room and with two adults and 3 kids, it was a little cramped, but worked well for our needs. The rooms were nice and functional.

The hotel has an outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was good, but crowded. Chalk it up to summer. The lady handling the breakfast area deserved kudos in keeping up with demand.

The location is on the yellow route which was nice because we were able to get into and out of the hotel easily.

I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

We spent 3 nites here. The property is just off the main route, which is a must for anyone visiting Branson. The room rates are a bit high, though, compared to others, but the priority club loyalty bonus program is why we stayed here. Our room was on the small side but we didn't spend much time beyond bedtime in it. The beds, linens, and towels were very comfortable. The a/'c worked great, and the property and our room had been recently remodeled. Still, we had an outdated tube type tv and minimal dresser space. Business travellers would do better elsewhere as the workspace was extremely limited. The bathroom seemed especially crowded and despite having double sinks the second sink outside the bathoom had virtually NO counterspace to set things on. The shower worked well with nice water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, but closed precisely at the time stated and not a minute later. The pool is outdoor only, so visiting in the non summer months would likely mean no pool. It was a nice sized pool, though, and nice hot tub. Shop around when visiting Branson as there are many, many hotels and lots of rooms available for reasonable rates.
