I recently returned from a conference held at the Buena Vista Palace in Orlando. For a person who doesn't generally enjoy going to Orlando, this trip was very different. The hotel is conveniently located to EVERYTHING and is ideally situated near the major thoroughfares without the noise or bustle of many hotels. From arriving to the hotel to check-out, the staff of the hotel strove to make me feel like I wasn't just another customer. They really went the extra mile without being bothersome. Cleanliness and efficiency were obviously not afterthoughts. The rooms, though not overly spacious, were well proportioned and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. I wish I would've thought to find out where I could purchase those pillows... The staff that served the conference meals were wonderful- they took the time to talk to us and we even made friends with one of them. We would seek his area out so we could have him to joke around with, and he always provided the best of service (and even found me a Coke!) This week I'm staying at a Best Western and wishing I could be back at the Buena Vista Palace. Where is the beautiful landscaping? Where are the wide hallways and comfortable seating areas? Where are the courteous employees? And just where are my fabulous pillows????

Beautifully landscaped, very professional staff, excellent customer service. Very comfortable. Conference meals were great. Had one small incident where room wasn't cleaned by 5:00pm which was rectified about 10 minutes after I called. The housekeeping staff was apologetic and did an excellent job. Well Done.

I have stayed at the Buena Vista Palace at least 10-15 times and every one of the stays has been a wonderful experience. From the valet's who park your car, to the front desk, to the dining experiences, I would have to rate this hotel as one of "the" top experiences in staying at any of the resort hotels-period.

The Outback Restaurant was an experience in culinary cuisine. From the time you down, to the vast choices that are in the menu of delectable food, this is truly a dining experience to remember. The staff at the restuarant was exceptional and very concious of their table settings and displays. Try the Twin Lobster Tails-Mmmmmm.

Being from Las Vegas, NV, and having the ultimate choice of 4-5 star hotels in this city, I only wish that the Buena Vista Palace Hotel were right here in Las Vegas-I'd never go home. Hats off to a tremendous hotel. I recommend this hotel as your first choice in quality, efficiency, and the best staff anyone can ask for at Lake Buena Vista.

On short notice, I decided to plan a trip to celebrate my best friend's birthday. I wanted to stay in a nice hotel in a great location. The Buena Vista Palace more than exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful, luxury hotel right in the heart of Disney. The room was so plush that we enjoyed hanging in as much as going out. The reservationist gave me a great package which included breakfast vouchers at the Watercress Cafe (within the hotel). The buffet breakfast was remakable, with very extensive choices and everything was very good. There were private nooks throughout the hotel that would fancy the eye of any couple. This was the most impressive hotel that I have ever stayed in. It set the bar high for all my future trips. I am already looking to book a couple more trips to the Buena Vista Palace in August and October. With the many ammenities and activities the hotel offers for both kids and adults, one trip will definitely include the kids while the other will be to pamper myself. The Buena Vista Palace, absoutely fabulous!!
