The Mutiny in Coconut Grove was awesome. My wife and I went there(in our late 20's) after getting it off of Hotwire for $87/night. We told them it was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite with a lovely view.
PROS- the staff is amazing. They were very attentive and if we asked the concierge or housekeeping for anything it was done immediately. They even got us on the guest list at the fancy south beach clubs including Privee
Rooms- the kitchen and living area were awesome. They had every appliance and brand new china and cookware. The living room had a tv, queen sofabed, and vcr and dvd player.
Bedroom was nice with a comfortable bed
Bathroom- was okay. Kind of small and did not have a bath tub. Did have bath and body works supplies though
POOL- was nice and private with towels, robes provided.

INSIDER TIPS
go to Cafe TU TU TANGO- it is affordable and nice. Get the Caya chicken wings and the MANGO BBQ pizza. ALso got to MAMBO- they have a special where you get a bottle of wine, an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, and coffee for $34 total at night. Also they have a buisness center with high speed internet and a printer for free.
Parking- A lot behind the hotel for 5$ for an 8 hour period. Valet is 16 but worth it. They bring your car down super fast.
OVERALL we loved the hotel because of its location near cocowalk and all nice stores, restuarants. Only 15 minutes to south beach. THE staff is fabulous and the suites are nice
