From the Very First Moment that I called This Hotel From Orlando where I was traveling first, I was greeted by Stanley with Courtesy and Outstanding Customer Service, he took the time to answer all of my questions, and even gave me tips on the shortest route from Orlando to Miami, and less tolls, when we arrived the great staff attended to all our needs and we had the best hotel experience that we have had in a great while, even better than any hilton, or four seasons could do. We have just made our reservations to visit this hotel again in October 2008, and have already called to let them know that we will be returning soon, location great, rates great, service outstanding, located next door to a Publix and across the street from an express bus stop to the Miami Metro which is about a 10 minute ride to the rails, we parked our car at the hotel lot, and never used it again until we left out to drive back to Orlando for another seven days. !!!

Staying here for the first time in almost 10 years, it only affirmed what I already thought to be true...that this is the best motel in Miami. I spoke to some of the management and for a place that has been in business for 20 years, they still uphold their standards of quality and service and after all this time, still treat their guests perfectly. The rooms are clean, the pool is great, the breakfast is nice, the staff is friendly and attentive and the property is well located near all the Miami "hotspots". Highly recommended and I will stay here every time while in Miami.

We had a great time staying at the Quality Inn South at the Falls. 06/11/08 From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they all made you feel very welcome. We arrived a day earlier than our reservation and they were willing to accommodate us.We went for a wedding and made it a great vacation. The room was nice size and very clean. The continental Breakfast was very good The pool was great and very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay 2 days. Thank You, management and staff for making our Miami trip so much fun!

We Checked into the Quality Inn at Miami and it looked like a real nice motel on US1. The staff were really nice. We got two rooms (217 and 219) which were connecting rooms towards the back. One of the rooms had a mini kitchenette which the front desk person let us have for the same price as our regular room ($71), The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean, just the bathtub was kinda old with paint stains on the bottom. They had a real nice pool area but we didn't get to go swimming because it was too cold. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
