The staff was extremely nice. Mrs. Victoria was such a lovely lady. The room next to ours had some noisy people, but that kind of people is everywhere.

Good experience for a post cruise sleepover in Miami to catch a plane the next day.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in late August. We had originally planned to stay only one night, but due to weather concerns, we came down a day early. I called the hotel while we were boarding the plan and they were very quickly able to get us in for another night. That was such a huge help as we were a bit frazzled with our last minute change in plans.

We met the hotel's free van right outside the arrival's door and were quickly wisked to the hotel. We found it to be very nice - clean and comfortable, too. The front desk staff was very accomodating and quickly got us checked in. We took a quick tour of the hotel and found warm cookies in the room where they serve breakfast each morning. We then took a quick swim.

For dinner, we walked cross the street. There is a strip mall there and had dinner at a great little Chinese place. From there we walked to CVS and picked up a few things we needed for our cruise.

The Hamptom made our pre-cruise stay a great part of our total vacation and I would not hesitate to stay there again. I have nothing negative (really) to say about the property or the staff.

we stayed here for one night ,as we were going on a cruise, we had a suite for 4 adults , 2 children, it was absolutely beautiful clean, VERY comfy beds, decor was modern their pool is open late, on the second floor , (outdoors,) was grand ,and a hot tub, the staff really make you feel at home, their breakfast IS continental, which is included , but its enough to get you by,the place is great i cannot say enough about it, do not hesitate to go here if your fussy like myself,

We stayed here on night on our way to the Bahamas. It's in a great location, 10 minutes or so from the airport but you seriously cannot hear the planes at night! I am such a light sleeper and I slept very well, the hotel was extremely quiet. We never heard any of the other guests. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, and they even upgraded us to a suite without us even asking! The room was very large and felt very clean. There was a bag of micowave popcorn for us in the kitchen, I thought that ws cool! The bed was comfy, our room had 2 tv's, and the bathroom very nice. It's right next to a shopping center with restaurants and a Walgreens and CVS. The comp breakfast was very nice, omlets, cereal, bagels, yougert, milk, juice, coffee, they even had bagged breakfasts if you had to go. Breakfast room had large flat screen with the news on. Staff here was also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to be by the airport. There's also a free shuttle every 30 to and from the airport. Our room was only $149/night. Pretty great for Miami.
