This place has it all! Service, atmosphere, and the best food in Florida you'll find outside of miami.. CIA trained Executive Chef Brian Roland has done a fantastic job training his staff, and the passion behind the food truly shows on the plate. I have been here numerous times over the past 3 years, and have seen a lot of changes occur in the bar and the dining room. As with all change, there is need for an adjustment period. These guys always bounce back with a bang, and seem to continue to be cutting edge and consistant.
Check out their truffle fries, and you have to have the buffalo and moulard duck breast. They change the menu frequently, which keeps diners coming back for more. Their wine selection is unique, selecting single vineyard wines with small production.
The service staff takes the time and effort to learn the menu well and they are sure to make the dining experience one to remember. I highly recommend this restuarant as one of the best in Florida!
