I'm extremely picky, and there were good things and some not so good things about this hotel. First, Mike at the front desk was awesome. Our first room was immaculate, but we had to leave it for a little bit of a sweet ant problem. We were immediately moved to another room without any hassles, so really can't complain. Our second room was also immaculate so the housekeeping standards at this hotel are obviously high. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Some bread, bagels, and muffins; a toaster, coffee, and juice in cartons. Might have been cereal, but we only went once. Also, this hotel does NOT have a swimming pool, but does have a nice jacuzzi .
I would like to see the hotel install some kind of sheer curtains to block any view because the lighting is not adequate if the curtains are closed, and without them closed, well... you get it.
We booked thru AAA. It was $88 for Thurs. night, under $100 for Fri & Sat nights. We'd probably stay there again.

Nice suite (Better than described on the Choice website), nice, helpful staff, good location. Overall, a great place to stay.

Average Hotel, Not on the beach, about a half mile walk. Customer Service ok but would not give us 2 double bed room rather than King bed room at same rate. Decent continental breakfast.

We booked this hotel on a last-minute whim. I took a daughter and all three grandchildren to Cocoa Beach for a weekend in March. I paid too much (over the $109 listed). The suite was okay - sort of worn. It was clean(bathroom quite clean, which is a big plus). the main room ahd a king-sized bed and there was a queen fold-out sleeper in the little entry room. my 25-yr-old dtr and her son took the sleeper and she said it was more comforable than she expected, but not a 'real' bed. I slept in the king bed with a 2-yr-old and a 4-yr-old and we were comfortable.
Parking was fine. It is near everything. A full breakfast was inckuded and we got coupons for it at check-in. We got to breakfast and the bacon was limp and the big pan of 'scrambled eggs' was yuicky-looking.
My daughter and I looked at each other and said "IHOP!" [Okay - we love IHOP and have none near where we ive, so maybe we were looking for an excuse to go there instead...but the Quality Suites breakfast did not look appetizing. Had we not been near an IHOP, we would have gone to McD.'s or something else.]Will look for a different hotel next trip to Cocoa Beach (which is a great beach and we will visit there again!).
