What a well organized and super fun adventure tree top soaring was for us!! I would highly recommend that you book your own adventure if you are visiting Durango. The scenic 2 hour train ride to get to soaring was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The staff at soaring was very professional and personal (they will all know you by name by the end of your adventure). Not only is soaring a lot of fun, they make safety the top priority so if you are nervous about heights, don't be - it's well worth the experience. My husband and I only had a few days to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary and he said to find something special. Boy did we hit the jackpot! This place is absolutely incredible to say the least. The staff was well educated and very safety conscious of not only the customers but the environment as well and you don't see that kind of commitment very often. There were young, old, big and little and the staff somehow made every person there felt safe, comfortable and above all safe, and that each and everyone of us had a great time. I would recommend this to everyone who can possible have to opportunity to go, this is a once in a lifetime adventure.

If I could give this more stars I would. I signed up on tripadvisor just to review this. Soaring Treetops is a class act from beginning to end. They have invented an eco-friendly, exciting, safe and unique adventure zip-lining through the forest. People from a 6 yr old to a guy who looked in his 70s were in our group and everyone was having an amazing time. The staff and owners are enthusiastic, genuine, safety conscious, well trained and wonderful. They feed you a really classy, homemade lunch including an amazing snack bar earlier in the day and homemade soup and ice cream sandwiches at lunchtime, all presented on glass plates with real silverware out in the middle of the forest course. I emphasize this b/c the group is already there-you can't go anywhere else, and unfortunately, I find this is the time when so many places choose to show how little they care by feeding you some crappy thing in a plastic bag that tastes like it came from a vending machine, but not here. Here they take care of you from beginning to end. Soaring treetops should be so proud of their business! The ziplines are amazing, soaring across the river and through the trees and feeling you are safe and taken care of by the staff the whole time. This is something I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone!

While on vacation in Colorado we, visited the cliff dwellings in Mesa Verda, biked down Pikes Peak, climbed the sand dunes, went white water rafting through the Royal Gorge & rode the incrediable skycoaster at the Royal Gorge Park & toured Garden of the Gods on horse back. Having done all of this we rated our day at Soaring Tree Top Adventures as the absolute best day. We had a blast! The staff is wonderful & so is the owner who was out visiting with us & clearing tables after lunch. With no exception it was a wonderful day & at the ripe old age of 64 I had a blast turning flips on the zip lines & laughing with all the young people who were having as much fun as I was. This is a day that safety & fun are priorities & in that order. An adventure to be enjoyed by all!
