Have just spent a delightful 3 nights at coswarth house. Lovely, friendly hosts - excellent accomodation and really tasty breakfasts. Nothing was too much bother for them. We will certainly return.

My wife and I stayed three nights at Coswarth House at the end of June. What can I say - it's all been said! Excellent - throughly recommend - what every small hotel /B&B should be like! Hopefully we will return!

These guys have it just right ! Great attention to detail, quality decoration and fittings, a comfy bed in a spacious room with a huge bathroom, there really is not much else you could need. Except of course for Mike's freshly cooked breakfast which was a delight. They even have parking - in Padstow! and are only three minutes walk from the harbour, perfect.
As owners ourselves we know how much work goes into providing quality accomodation like this and cannot fault what Mary and Mike have done here. Great place, great people.

We would echo what everyone else has said, a beautiful place and lovely people. Gorgeous room, lovely big bathroom, nice breakfast sitting out in the garden overlooking the sea - what more could you ask for?

We only stayed one evening but had a lovely meal in a restaurant thoughtfully booked for us by Mike. The town is within easy walking distance.

Mike and Mary are excellent hosts and there are many extra little touches that make the stay special.

We would definitely recommend it if you want a comfortable stay in lovely surroundings with good food.
