My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at the Territorial House. We stayed upstairs in the Ponderosa Room, and had our own bathroom. The B&B is in a great location, only a few minutes from town. But it's secluded in a very quiet and wooded neighborhood. The owners are friendly and helpful when asked for directions to places/activities. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great ceiling fan, robes, a small refrigerator, two chairs, a fireplace and even a CD radio. Our bathroom was also clean and large. The bathroom features a jacuzzi tub with a wonderfully powerful shower head.
Word of warning if staying on the first floor: Our wood bedroom floor creaked a LOT (even when attempting to tip toe), so I'm not sure how it would be to stay in a first-floor room. At breakfast, we asked the other guests if they could hear us walking around upstairs and they said YES. They also said they kept hearing the grandfather clock in the living room chime. We couldn't hear it upstairs.
The living room and kitchen were clean and cozy with plenty of seating. Breakfast was hearty and very tasty. The owners make cookies and/or cake throughout the day, so there's always something sweet to snack on. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
