“Wonderful Stay”

Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn of Sedona

5 of 5 stars
Huntington Beach
Nov 29, 2008

We recently returned from our third visit to the Canyon Villa. What a relaxing retreat! The gourmet breakfasts and evening snacks were equally delicious as we remembered. Our room had a king size bed and a fireplace. We felt truly spoiled. The owners and staff were very helpful with sight seeing spots and dinner reservations. The whole experience was like seeing dear old friends again.

My wife and I spent two nights in the Ocotillo room the first week of November. We selected Canyon Villa based on Trip Advisor and we were certainly not disappointed. Our room had a view that was worth the price of the room. Sunrise and sunset on the red rocks was incredible. The gas fireplace was a nice touch also. All of the staff were very attentive to our needs, including special dietary requirements. Les arranged a tour with Southwest Outside, made a dinner reservation for us, and was just a wonderful host. We recommend Canyon Villa to anyone wanting a quiet and luxurious place to stay in Sedona.

“Can't Wait To Return!”

Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn of Sedona

I am a fan of B&Bs but Canyon Villa Inn is far and away the nicest place I have ever stayed. For the first time, I was not tempted to run around cramming as much as I can into a "vacation." At Canyon Villa I was so relaxed and comfortable that I was content to spend time visiting with other guests over the delicious complimentary hors d'oeuvres in the early evening and then watching the sunsets and enjoying the stars. I saw many shooting stars from my balcony.

During the day my friend and I enjoyed touring the backroads with Mike, the guide recommended by the innkeepers. Mike customized a 3-hr. tour for us that was perfect.

I have a love affair with food and I thoroughly enjoyed every single breakfast during my 4-day stay. The staff was superb and the view from our 2nd story room moved me to tears when I first walked through the door. The light on the rocks changes throughout the day, and I never tired of photographing Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, all from the comfort of the Inn.

I cannot wait to return! November weather is ideal if you like 70 degrees during the day and cooler evenings. The staff bends over backwards to make your stay perfect...and it was!

10 years ago, we had the chance to stay at Canyon Villa. Our only disappointment was that we had such a short stay. This visit we were able to truly enjoy the Canyon Villa experience. The personal touches were delightful. The staff made every attempt to ensure a memorable visit. The food was magnificent and of course, you can't get a more beautiful setting. This is without a doubt, my favorite inn. We can't wait to go back.

“What a View!”

Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast Inn of Sedona

My girlfriend and I recently spent two nights at the Canyon Villa B&B; we stayed in the Spanish Bayonet room. In a town loaded with spectacular views, I chose to propose from the patio of our room! I would not have anticipated that, but the view from our room was POSTCARD! The picture of Spanish Bayonet on Canyon Villa's website looks photo-shopped, but the view actually looks like that!

We went to airport mesa for a sunrise and a sunset and both were cool, but I actually preferred the sunrise from our room the most. Bell Rock is north of the canyon villa and it lit up so pretty during early morning. I woke up to a glowing Bell Rock on one side, and my beautiful fiance on the other side: my favorite moment of the trip!

I give Les and Peg an A+ for service!

Breakfast was good, but I LOVED the appetizers! I strongly recommend picking up a bottle of wine and complimenting it with their creative appetizers.
