Dear Sam and Irith,

Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful hospitality while staying with you this past week. Both rooms were wonderful and each had their own special charm and amenities. And, of course, I would be remiss if I didn't compliment the chef. Breakfast was superb every morning and we totally enjoyed Sam's stories! Restaurant and activity recommendations were also welcomed and right on the mark as being "magnificent"! When, not IF, I come back to Sedona, I will certainly check out Boots & Saddles again or maybe your new place!

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! From the ultra clean and ultra cozy rooms to the absolutely ultra darling owners! You will feel so at home by Sam and Irith that you will not want to leave! (in fact you just might want to pack them both in your luggage and take them home with you! LOL!) And the food? Well...you enjoy something different and creative everyday for breakfast that you have probably never had before while Sam or Irith entertain you with either the history of the dish or just simply with their genuine personalities! We just loved our stay and can't say enough about this "home away from home" in beautiful Sedona. And if Sam recommends a restaurant to you - make sure you go there! We were not disappointed at any of them! If you are looking to treat yourself (like we all should do) do yourself a favor and go to Boots and Saddles!

This was by far the best bed and breakfast we have stayed at! From the moment we booked our stay we were treated so kindly and just like family. Sam, Irith and Candice were excellent hosts; very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a wide selection of restaurant menus at their B&B to help you find a place to eat. They also gave us tips on where to find the best grub in town for any price range. The breakfasts we had were spectacular to say the least. Candice had a very welcoming and friendly attitude each and every morning we stayed there. The room was everything we expected/hoped it would be. It would be hard to name just one feature about the room that we loved. The double shower head was one of the best features. The private hot tub was a close second. One morning we were leaving early for a trip and would be missing breakfast. So, Irith packed us a breakfast for the road and brought it up personally the night prior. What a life saver that was. I would definitely return to this B&B and recommend it to all my friends and family. Thanks to Sam and Irith for making this a memorable experience! Shawna and Jason

This is our second time staying at Boots and Saddles, and I have to say we will be doing this every year for the rest of our lives. The service is unparalleled, and the rooms are perfect, comfortable, and they have relaxing jacuzzis. The biggest part that makes Boots and Saddles great is the service. Sam and Irith are the two most pleasant people you would want to put in charge of your vacation. They know everything, from the best restaurants to the best roads to take to the Grand Canyon. These are things that only locals could clue you into, and they both took great care in learning about the best attractions. Most tourists will go on the "tourist" type trips and pathways. Sam and Irith can guide you to the best experience or experiences of your life. We will continue to return, since there is so much more to see, and we can always take our time and feel like we don't have to rush through our day.
We have made this a continued tradition. Our first stay was as newlyweds, and they treated us with that perfect touch of care and class.
