Our family of 4 stayed here from June 29 through July 1, 2007. Here is what I wrote in my travel journal:
Suites include 2 K BR's, 2 baths, joint LR, galley kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dining table and chairs. (There are no ice machines because each suite has its own fridge with ice-maker. Plan to stop for bags of ice if you have a cooler to fill for the day's adventures.) Nice pool; clean and quiet. Misters around tables on outside courtyard with grill. Housekeeping was so-so but the rooms were updated and beds were comfortable. Business amenities included 4 computers and a printer, free of charge. (This was a huge hit with my kids who stayed in contact with their friends back home by email.) Breakfast offerings included cold cerals, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage/ham/bacon, variety of breads for toasting. Iced tea was available in the afternoons along with coffee. Plenty of free parking on site. Hotel is within one block of trolley to shopping districts. This is a two-story facility with no elevators.
As a side note, the front desk staff was about as helpful as any I've ever encountered. They knew the area well and could help with directions, etc. Very responsive to requests.
This was the first leg of a long vacation for us so I'd sent a package to myself in care of the hotel (supplies for the family that I didn't wish to lug through the airports) a week before we were due to arrive. The package was kept safe until we got there and was delivered to our room within 20 minutes of our arrival.
I would return in a heartbeat. You can't beat the value.
