On my third trip to BsAs, I thought I would return to a place where I had always had great meals.

I didn't have a reservation, but somehow got in (I was the first person in the restaurant) They took my order in a timely fashion, and I was set fro anoither great meal.

I waited and waited. The restaurant filled up. People were on their second course, and still no appetizer. I ordered the Provaletta, so I guessed it must take a while to bake, but 45 minutes?

I asked the waiter, he said soon, soon.. .Eventually my main course arrived. (There was no appetizer served.) The waiter stared at me blankly. No apologies. The steak I ordered was about 20-25% fat.It was unremarkable. Before my steak had arrived, several tables were out the door! OK, it was a big steak and I didn't finish it. The waiter then said, "See no need for Provaletta".

What ever, somewhere better next time
