I am trying to find in this excellent web side some hotel offers to stay in Buenos Aires as this is my second time there.

First time i was in Buenos Aires i made a reservation via another web site for Hotel Alcazar in Mayo Avenue because the prices were quite low.

I was traveling as a tourist. So i had in mind to stay in the city center as this hotel is well located.

Anyway, i stayed there for about 2 nights and I found the toilets quite dirty every day. The room was simple but cleanness should be a MUST in this hotel.

Another thing, the hotel staff has serious problems to respect guests as i saw how they mistreated couple of their female guests when they arrived late from a party. I was a witness and i saw how they treated those girls in a NOT CORRECT WAY.

Next day i decided to leave the hotel because i think they do not deserve to be called a hotel.

Please if you want a low budget hotel plus to be well treated try to look for another hotel. Not this one.

i liked this hotel, it was clean, conveniently located, and descently priced. this is not a luxury hotel, but is not a lousy hotel either. i would stay in this hotel again and recommend to friends/family that travel to ba anytime. just an fyi, there is this 1 person who works at the front desk at times, who is very dark complected, who can be anal at times. aside from that everyone else on staff was more than acomodating.

Ideally located just south of the Avenida 9 de Julio thus right downtown, it's a great old building with a lot of charm.

Price is unbeatable.

Comfortable beds, clean room, great awe-inspiring balconies.

Bathroom was odd, no shower stall, bad drainage.

“I loved it!!!”

I love this hotel; it's so beautiful. They were remodeling it when I went, but it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a low budget wonder. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it had a great view of the street below. It’s walking distance to any little shop including Calle Florida, shopping district of Buenos Aires!!! Plus at the corner is a great restaurant and the subte.

2 stars hotel under renovation
Great Value for the price ($30 by night for 3)
Ask for renovated rooms - smaller than old one but not on the street to be able to sleep.

Best deal in the neighbourhood
