spent 15 days at the claridge, a really refreshing spot in the heart of Centro, the bustling centre of Buenos aires where most tourists find themselves in. wonderful decor, very good food, and for lovers of boutique "old victorian", the place to be.
most hotels in BA have impressive lobbies and entrances, but are really dumps behind the fancy facades... the claridge is a real exception!
Good:
1. as central as you can get in downtown BA, right next to Florida pedestrian street
2. excellent decor, very nice rooms, albeit a bit small
3. breakfast is a blast.. worth the entire morning
4. friendly staff, english speaking too!
Not so good:
1. broadband is free, but not very broad, and unstable
2. bathrooms are well equipped, but tiny
