We had the occasion to stay in a hotel in Recoleta district for two separate nights. Disabled access is important to us. Previously visited the hotel to check the accessibilty issues and was immediately a shown room suitable for disabled people - bathroom is a "wet room", ideal for those using a wheelchair. These are superior grade rooms but at standard room prices. Am unsure of the difference internally, but plenty of space and we even had a balcony (on the 6th floor) looking out of the street. The room and hotel are quiet and extremely comfortable. It is rated a 3 star but I would suggest it is a 4 star.
Staff extremely helpful; breakfast was a plentiful and varied buffet; we ate in the restaurant, which being at the front of the building is also patronised by non-residents (and the fact that it is so patronised recommends it in an area where there are very many high quality restaurants). Good menu & food & wine. Reasonable price.
Boutique style hotel. Good price (389 pesos - less than 100 euro for B&B for 2) in probably the most upmarket district in Buenos Aires (well, I think Recoleta is better than Palermo anyway!). Recommended.
