We stayed at the Caesar Park for one night before returning home after a 2 week tour of Argentina. We previously spent three nights at the Alvear Palace and three nights at the Four Seasons between excursions to other parts of the country. The Caesar Park was definitely the least impressive of the hotels we stayed in in BA. We had a master queen suite which was huge, decor was nice but no wow factor. Hotel staff were not in the same league as Alvear or Four Seasons. Prior to our arrival I had stopped by the hotel to advise the concierge that we had purchased a piece of art and that it was going to be delivered to the hotel while we were off in Mendoza for a couple of days and the concierge proceeded to list off the reasons that they couldn't accept the delivery and only after my begging did they agree. This was such a contrast to the "certainly sir, it would be our pleasure, is there anything else we can do for you" philosophy or the Alvear and Four Seasons. We had enjoyed some wine and cheese in the suite with friends and before departing for dinner I called to ask that the room service items be cleaned up while we were out and this did not occur. Instead the next morning while we were preparing for our departure there was a knock on the door and the attendant came in and cleaned up the items while we were there, not a huge deal, but not 5 star service. The hotel is in a perfect location in Recoleta and is fine but there are better options if you are okay with spending a few more dollars.
