“Great stay”

My fiancee and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Very affordable, great service, and very clean rooms. The location was also very good (very close to the metro station). I would honestly give the breakfast buffet a 3-4 stars, but it was convenient and free with our Nathan room.

It definitely matched my expectations and the pictures you see on the website are a very good representation of what you'll get.

“Highly recommend for not expensive yet reasonable accomodations”

Looked at multiple places to stay for 3nts.
Chose this one on (i) images I saw on website and (ii) cost of room in multiple websites. In HKG, it is really hard to compare 3&4 star hotels given you may not get what you expect. For this hotel, I would stay here again. It is non in TST tourist area, but if you plan to take MTR and bus anyway, this location is middle of where you plan to go. (Near north of street market or south to TST). It is highly a must you choose the NATHAN floor and possibly spurge on the GRAND room with a bigger bed. The floors (9 and above) have been completely renovated. It is only $20+ more and definately worth the extra (cleaner room, newer beds, flat screen), etc... It comes with complimentary breakfast on the 14+th floor. I read from before reviews the breakfast is not all that - it was true however for me, definately good enough to fill up your stomach (eggs, bread, pasta, fruits) before hitting the streets. When you come to HKG, who wants to eat in a hotel anyway. For us, the breakfast was worth it (standard with Nathan room, I wouldn't pay 100HKG for it though) given what I can get outside. Finally, the 9th floor has a small lounge for some beverages (coffee, juice) and internet access. I would stay again here just on cost and cleaniest/ recently renovated rooms!! BTW>> we had a 7mos child with us, they offered us a baby bed free of charge which was a good surprised. The staff was very friendly and the room has a safe big enough for your laptop, passports which is key!

“Great hotel!”

As first time visitors to Hong Kong, we thought the hotel was good value for money and is ideally located on Nathan road, near to the night markets and only a few blocks from the MTR.
Staff at reception were friendly and hepful (I used their services immediately as I had forgotten the key to the padlock for my case, the concierge found some boltcutters and cut it off for me!), and they all spoke good English.
We stayed in a Nathan room which was newly decorated and spacious with a huge bed. The bathroom was also big but seemed a little outdated compared to the rest of the decor, lots of toiletries provided though
We stayed on the 10th floor, and there was no view to speak of, but we didn't care ( what do you expect in the middle of the city?)
We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the roof top bar was fantastic- the perfect place to wind down after the noise of the city. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby.
Overall, a great place and I would definately stay here again
