This is a great hotel to stay at if you want to see Disneyland. It is straight across from the theme park and within walking distance to downtown Disney and some great near by restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights in late May and we would have loved to have spent longer. The room was clean and there was lots of space. It would be a great place to stay with kids on a family vacation.

We have stayed at this property many times over the years, but will not return. The park is within walking distance to Disneyland, has large rooms, and has a charming exterior, but it has fallen into disrepair. The "new" beds are very firm and uncomfortable. The bathrooms have very little ventilation and mold is definitely an issue. The door trim in the bathroom is rotting out along the bottom edge. The drain in the sink emits an odor that can only be described as raw sewage. Smokers in non-smoking rooms are allowed to drag chairs out into the walkway and smoke. This makes the walkways difficult to navigate or obstructs them completely. It also allows cigarette smoke to enter your non-smoking room. Guests are allowed to smoke IN the swimming pool and hot tub. Cigarette butts are everywhere--in the elevator, in the planter boxes, and on the ground. As a Park Inn, the flower boxes were overflowing with geraniums and/or impatiens. Now they are filled with faded plastic flowers and garbage. It is nice to stand in the walkway and watch the fireworks--just don't lean on the railing. It is becoming wobbly and unstable. Use extreme caution in the pool area. Both my niece and my son developed an itchy skin rash after swimming in the pool. My daughter, who did not use the pool, was fine. After 8 stays, we will not be back.

We just arrived home from our 4 day stay at the Camelot. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean and in good condition. Everything was in working order. We arrived at 1:00 pm and was not expecting for our room to be ready, but sure enough it was. The check in was very fast and soon enough we were upacked and by the pool. There was always someone stocking the pool towels. The pool is small but the kids enjoyed it. It's no lap pool, but a nice area. The morning refreshments were nice to grab and go. Disney is actually a five minute walk, if you walk slow it might be 8. This is a great hotel!

“Great stay, awesome location!!”

This was our first trip to Disneyland in over 23 years (1st trip for our kids age 3 & 6) and I was concerned about picking a decent hotel that was very close to the park. I was not disappointed!

We arrived at the hotel at about 3:30pm and there was a huge family group in front of us checking in. I thought it was going to take forever, but as soon as a staff member saw us behind the group, another agent came up to the desk right away to check us in. I was so relieved!

Our room location was awesome. We were on the 3rd floor and could see the Matterhorn outside our window. The 1st night we stood on the balcony walkway outside our door and watched a perfect view of the Disney fireworks...what a treat!

The room was in good shape. It was very clean with 2 Queen beds, a microwave and refrigerator. It was cleaned and ready for us each time we came back to the hotel for our mid-day break about 12-1pm.

One note, the beds at the Camelot are VERY FIRM. If you absolutely hate firm beds and must have something soft to get a good night's sleep then you should stay elsewhere. The firm bed didn't bother me too much. Since everything else was great, I let it slide. However, if this hotel changed it's beds to a more plush version, I bet this hotel would be rated close to #1 on this site.

I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. Having this hotel a 5-8 minute walk from the gates of the park is so convenient. I wouldn't want to hassle with the crowds on any of those shuttles!

“Camelot Inn was more than enough in every way!”

Anaheim Camelot Inn & Suites

We had a great 4 night stay at the Anaheim Camelot Inn and Suites. Everything was right on spot! From the time we checked into the hotel, with Nancy at the front desk, to Rosa who cleaned our room, we were completely happy with the service and facility.

Our kids utilized the pool on more than one occassion, and it was a refreshing relief at the end of a busy day at Disneyland.

We were even able to go downstairs to the hotel's hospitality room to have a quick bite to eat before entering the parks. They offered cereals, muffins, fruits and pastries, along with juices, milk, and coffee. The girl who replenishes everything was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location to the parks, and numerous reviews have noted that if not for any other reason, visitors should stay here. My review is being written to let anyone who is thinking about staying here that the Camelot meets more than this one standard.

We enjoyed it immensely, and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Thank you to the management and all your employees, you have made our stay a very enjoyable and memorable one!
