“Completely Satisfied With Our Stay”

My wife and I stayed here from May 12 - 20 (8 nights). We stayed on the fifth floor of the motel. Check-in was very quick and friendly. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, always smiling and saying 'hi' as you walked by. We spent very little time in the motel, only a couple hours per day, other than sleeping. The decor wasn't anything special, but everything was clean, so we were satisfied. The bed was quite stiff, but for some reason my wife and I had the best rest we'd had in a long time, so we couldn't complain about the beds. The location was the motel's strongest point. Disneyland was only a five minute walk. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is horrible not only was the bed really uncomfortable and the pillows horrible. I HAD CASH TAKEN FROM MY SUITCASE - I had put 2 $50 bills in my checkbook in the front of my suitcase that was taken by the maid or someone from the hotel. When I spoke with the hotel they told me to check with my own family and couldn't care less - I know the maid or someone took it. I was with my family the whole time and they are not the ones who took it.

“Check Your Room For Black Mould!!!!!!”

My family and I went to Disney Land for our first time in April. We chose to stay at the Camelot Inn right across the street from Walt Disney Land. Upon arrival the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We got a room on the second floor and moved our stuff in. When we returned to our room that evening I noticed that my wife and daughter started having some problems with itchy eyes, stuffy noses, and tight chests. The next morning my wife tells me that she found some black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, the walls and near the vents. Knowing that my girls are allergic to black mold we went down to the hotel desk and asked to be moved. The desk staff was more that willing to move us to another room. They gave us a new room on the fifth floor. I told my wife that before we moved all our stuff up stairs lets look the room over. When my wife went up and looked around the room we encountered the same problem, black mold in the bathroom. After that we called our travel agent and moved to another hotel next door.

“My Humble Opinion”

Anaheim Camelot Inn & Suites

Just want to add my two cents on this Disney Motel. Everything about this hotel was average. We are a midwest family and trying to get the best bang for our buck. You can't beat the location for Disney. Since we were in the parks all day the rooms were nice enough to hang your hat for the night. Very clean but nothing special. We never heard any freeway noise. Check-in was a bit rough but our room wasn't ready as promised. Add 6 hours in a plane and two young children....you see where I'm heading. I WOULD DEFINATLEY RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL FOR THE FAMILY ON A BUDGET.

“Average rooms, but location GREAT.”

We recently took a family trip to Disneyland in California. 4 of us. Our children are 10 and 5. Wonderful trip full of great memories, but wanted to comment on hotel. First, like most of the hotels on this strip it is actually a MOTEL. Rooms on the outside. It has 5 floors with stairs and 2 elevators. We were on the 4th floor right down from the outdoor pool. This was the best part of stay here. Our kids were in the pool every day and had a blast. It is a smaller pool, but great for children. So recommend you stay on the 4th floor near the pool.
We could also watch the fireworks at night from the pool deck.
Again, very nice. Now the room. It had a fridge and microwave which we used every day. Very helpful. The room was tidy and fairly modern, but the beds were so uncomfortable. Terrible mattresses. Both my husband and I had sore backs in the morning. Pillows flat too. We requested more pillows which helped a bit. The bathroom had no fan. It was a very dark room as well. The other disappointment was the continental Breakfast.
Very, very basic and bland. We just used it for coffee and juice.
Bought our own cereals and fruit and kept them in our room. We were trying to save money by getting a hotel with the breakfast, but if your family are big breakfast eaters this won't work for you.
The main bonus was the location. 4 doors down from the main entrance and very easy to get to. It was also priced reasonably.
If comfort is not that important then this will work fine for you.
Overall we gave it an average rating. Okay, but next time we'll try and move up a bit in quality. But..........go to Disneyland. So fun!
