“Loved the ticks, mites, fleas and front office personnel lacking in judgement”

Though rates are "relatively" ok and convenient to the 91 freeway the rooms seem to have little creatures that bite. Spraying Alcohol (70%) would alleviate the problem until the room was "cleaned" again. Seems like these little creature come in with the bedding or the cleaning person.

Some front office personnel seem to lack good judgment and/or common sense. I heard another guest (an Asian lady) also complain to the front office clerk about poor service and being bitten and the clerk (an Indian lady) that particular time just brushed the Asian lady off. Obviously they have not heard of Hotels/Motels/Inns being sued for this very thing. Due-diligence is a non-native term at the Anaheim comfort "Inn" rather "persona-non-grata." I will blog about this experience in the future and will rate the "tripadvisor.com" as to their sincerity in publishing the true experience of a guest at the Anaheim comfort inn.

Since I've spent quite a bit of money here ('cause I'm stubborn) it's just too convenient to get to my job but I am moving out finally and feel compelled to warn those savvy enough to read about others experience at the comfort inn - if you have a family don't come here, all others should be thick-skinned.

Most of the decisions at this place seem to be done by someone on Prozac or who should be on Prozac but they're not! They are losing the customer who has spent the most at this place and making money seems not to be a subject of interest to them.

I've complained about the broken interior of the refrig and the toilet (broken parts) to the "management" at "Inn" to no avail. By the way, due to the convenience to my job (91 freeway) I have endured but I will blog in the future.

The wireless access point goes down (two days once) and hotel "management" has not the minutest of clues.

The "Inn" has seen an infestation of bees on two occasions during my stay here. All this stuff that happens here is, just so stupid, and non-proactive that it would be funny if it wasn't true.

The most idiotic thing that they have done to my room is that staff came in un-announced (I was at work) and un-screw a picture from the wall and put it on another wall. They left the holes from which the picture was moved! Does this make any sense? I've also complained about the poor picture quality of the TV and they have been incapable of fixing or replacing the TV! I had a friend come and videotape my room and may upload the pictures of the refrig, toilet and the moving of the picture ad naseum.

As long as there is minimal contact with the "management" or some (not all) of the front office clerks, are too busy to watch TV, and you can "rough-it" like the in the woods you will not have a problem.

The night photo made this hotel look nice, boy was I fooled! If you are used to staying in larger rooms stay clear of this place. However, I can say that the beds are comfortable and our room was clean, without any visable damage. It was also odor free. It is close to a lot of places to eat and a straight shot to Disneyland. It is right next to the freeway and on a busy street. It was noise free. The continental breakfast has a juice machine, waffle maker,danishes,2 types of cereals( flakes and cheerios) and breads.
We stayed here for 3 nights and I dreaded coming back to my room all 3. People, pay a little more for a nicer place. But if you are on a budget like we were it fits the bill!

My girlfriend came to visit me December 2005 from France, we stayed at this particular Comfort Inn because of it's convient location. We stayed there a total of 11 days. We requested the rooms to be cleaned only 2 twice during our stay. During on one of the days that the room was to be cleaned, we came home early in the morning around 1:30 am only to find our door open. We checked our room to see if anything was missing. We didn't notice anything major missing. But on the day of our check-out, my girlfriend couldn't find her diesel limited edition jacket that was given to her for her 18th Birthday. We went to the lobby and told the manager and he said that he would look into it. We went back and forth, I kept getting the same responce..."I'm waiting on the Coorporate Decision." Anyways, it's now May 2006 still have no word. And now they claimed that our room was never cleaned during our stay. Imagine this...we stayed there for 11 days, and they never cleaned the room. It was a simple request, but as you can see...that no one is competent to do their job. This August, I'm going to have to find another hotel that can give us better guest services, because it is only obvious that no one at this Comfort Inn knows the definition of GUEST SERVICE.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and just needed an inexpensive place to stay. This really was a great deal! We paid $56/night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon checking in, which was the only interaction we had with them. The rooms have been updated, so the furniture and bedding was new. We had a king size bed with a work desk (nice desk), dresser, TV, etc. The bathroom was small, but the vanity/sink was separate from the shower/toilet, so it was fine. The breakfast was cereal and muffins with milk, juice and coffee - fine for free.

My only suggestions would be to get a room facing the inside courtyard - we were on the back side, ground floor, so we heard everyone getting into and out of their cars in the morning. It was not unbearable, but a little noisy - we were still able to sleep.

We would stay here again. There were many families there for Disney, too, so it could work - it's a little farter away from Disneyland than I would prefer. When we go to Disney - I think we'll stay a little closer.

Again - this is a great, inexpensive place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff.
