After researching several hotels we finally decided on the Fairfield Inn on a friend’s recommendation. We almost decided on the Howard Johnson, which is located a little further down the street, but are really glad we didn’t as they are a little too far after a long day at Disney. Myself, husband and two kids (ages 8 and 10) stayed at the Fairfield Inn for four nights and the location is great, just a short walk to Disney. The best place to view the fireworks is the 9th floor. The check in/out was fine, nothing special about the front desk staff. The hotel is clean and inviting with really soft comfortable beds that are great after a long day. The lemonade and lemon water in the lobby was great, loved that after a swift walk. The maid service was great and cleaned our room every day. One thing that is not great is the parking!! There are not enough spaces, which we found out after attending the Medieval Times late show arriving back around 9:30pm. So don’t move your car if you don’t have too, but the Medieval Times was worth the hassle, it’s AWESOME, the kids are still talking about that!! We plan on visiting Disney again and will definitely stay here, priceline had the best price at $126.00 a night.
