Stayed here for 4 nights in July 2008. It is a new hotel (probably about 2 years old) and located a minute walking distance from the Flora metro station on the A line (Green line). Flora is 3 stops (10 minutes) from the Prague city center and about 7-8 stops on the same line from Dejvicka stop which is connected to the airport by bus 119. Give yourself an hour to get from the airport to the hotel by bus 119 and then metro from Dejvicka to Flora. (Remember- after you exit Flora metro, turn right into the mall. Go all the way down and exit in front of Albert - the hotel is right in front).
So if you dont mind the location, it is an excellent choice. The benefit is that it is right across from the Flora Mall (which you can walk through to access the metro station). Flora Mall has a very good food court on Level 4 and an Albert grocery store right across from the hotel. The rooms had a fridge so you can store some basic food items.
Rooms are modern and big by European standards. Very clean cosy and comfortable. The beds are horrible- hard and have some sort of an annoying plastic lining below the sheet! The staff is OK. The breakfast was above average. Internet is way to expensive ($ 30 a day !!) so I never bothered using it.
Highly recommend getting tourist passes at the airport for the trains/trams. It is CZK 100 (1 day), CZK 330 (2 days - wierd!) & CZK 500 (5 days). You dont have to worry about buying the extra luggage ticket while going to/coming from the airport. The metro stops at midnight but you can take Night Tram 58 from city center and it drops you right outside Flora mall.
