I am very nervous when it comes to booking hotels as I know they can make or break a trip. This hotel completely lived up to it's high rating on TripAdvisor. It was smack in the middle of Venice, exceptionally clean, well designed and the staff were inordinately helpful and friendly - everything we could have asked for. If you are looking for a nice, small, quiet, mid to upper range hotel in Venice - this is a great place to go.

I stayed in this hotel in Feb 2008. It was clean, modern, and in an excellent location. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. Would reccommend this hotel.

We visited for 5 nights. The hotel is ideally situated between the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The hotel is modern, clean and well run. All the staff were friendly and spoke good english. They were able to recommend attractions to visit and restaurants. The rooms were well furnished with TV, fridge, safe and air con. There are no tea making facilities so take a travel kettle if you want a drink. Breakfast was a basic continental one but you could eat as much as you want. They are happy to serve breakfast in your room at no extra cost.

As with most hotels in Venice it is not easy to find so follow instructions carefully. There is a good bar under the hotel called the Planet bar - they show football and you can eat and drink there until quite late.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and found the rooms nicely decorated and modern. It is a small bed and breakfast style hotel but is none the less run very professionally and all staff were very helpful with good knowledge of English.
Highly reccommended for anyone wishing to stay near St Marks square without paying the earth.
