Me and a Friend stayed at the Jesmond Dene Hotel in July this year. We found this family run hotel to be above average for a budget hotel we stayed in room 17a which was nicely decorated/furnished. The room was beautifully clean and was quite a good size the bathroom was small but well equiped and again very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for kings cross train stations being just across the road.
We had an english breakfast included in the price of our room which was good the steps down to the dinning room were quite steep though.
All in all our stay at the Jesmond Dene was a very pleasant one and we recomend this hotel to anyone looking for good quality accomodation in London on a budget we would most definately stay there again!

Needed a convenient located, reasonably price hotel for a family of 4. Found this hotel after trawling the internet. Did not have high expectations as the price seemed so reasonable for London hotels. To our surprise we found a perfectly located (near Kings Cross Station), quiet, well run, comfortable hotel with modern facilities and welcoming staff. Great breakfast was also supplied just to top it off.

Our overnight stay in your London hotel was in every way a big plus, though the room was quite small it was imaculately clean and the ensuit facilities were excellent.

We found the staff exceedingly helpful and amiable and the breakfast delicious, with delightful dining room staff.

We would certainly recommend it to all our friends and found being so close to Kings Cross station one of its most valuable assets.

The fact that it was within walking district to Trafalgar Square and theatre land and shopping was indeed all one should require.

Really impressed with all aspects of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent.
Absolutely no complaints at all and would recommend the Jesmond Dene to anyone.
