“Nice Layover Stay!”

Needed to stay in a hotel due to a 11 hour layover at Torontos Airport June 24, 2008, after reading good reviews on The Novotel Airport Hotel, decided to stay there. Upon arrival, the information booth called the hotels van which came in about 10 minutes. Check in was smooth and orderly, no muss nor fuss. Forgot my swim suit in my checked baggage but the pool seemed nice and warm and pleasant. Room was the normal size. Make sure you book your van to the airport with the check-in counter person otherwise you might miss it, do this, if possible, upon arrival.
A nice stay in a nice hotel.

Great hotel - very convenient location, with a shuttle bus to Pearson Airport. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff were courteous and helpful. Reasonable price.

“Good overnight”

On the way south on holidays we stayed overnight at the Novotel Toronto Airport that we found very good indeed for an overnight stay near the airport. One feature is a free airport shuttle – you have to call them from the airport and board at ground level, post S5. You also need to tell them what time you are going to the airport in the morning. Another feature is ‘Le Café Nicole’ restaurant where we had a very good meal. We would recommend this hotel to travellers making overnight connections at Toronto Airport. It is excellent value for money.

I needed to stay near to the airport and I found Novotel Toronto Airport perfect for my needs. Good staff, clean room, WiFi connection to Internet, ... I had only a bad experience; i wanted to know how to benefit of the free courtesy shuttle from the airport to the hotel and I asked that by e-mail and I received no answer. Finally, I made a call to the hotel when I landed and everything went ok but not receiving answer to my multiple e-mail was disappointing. Anyway, highly recommended.

“Nice Staff, Good Food but not much around there!”

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night in June 07. After losing my luggages, the staff in the hotel was very kind to offer me towels and toiletries. Originally, I was put into a room whose door handle does not work. When I told the staff about this problem, they promptly put me into another room.

The dinner and breakfast in their restaurant was quite good. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the airport (otherwise, you can get a taxi for CAD$16!)

There is not much around the hotel. Lots of strip clubs, I noticed!
