Hotel is pretty close to being right downtown. Close to all bus routes/sea bus. Tim Horton's right down the street but other fast food chains are not nearby. Close to cruise ship terminal (it was $8 including tip) - we could have walked but it was raining.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Explained bus routes, provided rebate coupons, insisted on helping with luggage and provided good advice all around. Provided umbrellas for use when it was raining.
There are three components to the room - a bathroom, a sitting room (two chairs, tv, desk, minibar) and then a little room with the bed, another tv and drawers. It's not a solid wall between the bedroom area and the suite area.
We booked through our travel agent using anderson vacations to get a lower rate.
Free use of internet computer for checking in to airplane. Otherwise it's $10/24 hours for internet in your room.
In store gift shop is small and a little overpriced.
