Maybe I missed the "menu" where you pick the muffaletta, but I saw two options 1/2 muff and whole muff. I love salty food, but this was fairly salty. Enough so, that I risked offending the locals by picking off some of the olives and pickled vegetables. The atmosphere was nice, a nod to the old days. more

Loved the muffaletta so much we bought another one that we took with us on our plane ride to Austin (and my mom flew with hers to Los Angeles) to share with friends; they loved it too! Even those who didn't like olives loved the sandwich :) Can't beat the price either. Simple and delicious. more
