Don't believe all of what you read, this place is awful. We dined there on Saturday night and really wished we hadn't. We opted for the tasting menu, apparently the chef's signature dishes, together with the wine pairings for each course. Dazzling restaurant - as befitting Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Formal but friendly. The food is truly outstanding with probably the best desserts anywhere! And yes the presentation is jaw-dropping :) more

Took advantage of the lunch special. $28 dollars for 2 tasting plates (though 3or4 plates is a more appropriate portion, extra plates are $12 each). The food was excellent, the decor fantastic (loved the chandellier) and the service first class. I would heartily recommend it. more
