Excellent Food, service could be a little better more

A group of us went to dinner here to celebrate a bachelor party. It was a great fit for a group or just a couple if you are after great steaks, great sides and great service. This is a must visit in NYC. more

We went to Del Friscos on a Tuesday night for an 8:00 reservation.To my amazement the place was booming,every seat in the house was taken(all 450 of them, hard to believe we are in a financial crisis!!!) I really liked the hustle and bustle atmosphere. here, the decor is nice with big windows and flashy decor. Our waiter was very good and explained the menu and made good recommendations. My only complaint is that Del Frisco's is pricey. Otherwise, the food is great, the staff is helpful (and quite beautiful) and you can't beat the convenience of the location. more

Del Frisco's was absolutely wonderful. We had a reservation (I belive you have to) and had heard on this board to ask for the pre-theatre dinner. This is definitely the way to go! We both got a salad, bread and butter, filet mignon, potatos, broccoli and dessert for $40 each. The salad was SO great. It had two big peices... more
