A more subtle replication of Keller's French Laundry, though trailing in finesse, flavor and service. The best dishes are those from the French Laundry - with considerable overlap (having eaten at French Laundry days before). Outstanding wine list (especially the half bottle-list). more

I wish that per se could be a restaurant that I could go to over and over again. Thomas Keller does amazing things in the food industry and per se is at the top. Definitely a must for serious food lovers. more
