What a disappointment! Fracesca's is a great little location in the South End. Usually has a pretty decent crowd, and is one of the only pure coffee shops (ok, Starbucks is nearby) in the area with any space. I keep going back because I want it to be decent, but it just can't hold up. Their seating system is terrible.... more

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon in January '06. The place was quite busy and I felt sorry for the poor guy who was left to wait on every table himself. Given the crowd, it wasn't surprising that it took so long to be served. The food was pretty good though. In the future, I'd probably lean towards... more
