Great Fragipane Croissant with brandy and almonds and Pain au Jambon with gruyere and smoked ham are to die for! I need to try their open face sandwiches because they look good. Hard to find parking. Take BART. more

There is good reason why this bakery is rated so highly by so many. We tried several different treats: their famous pain chocolate, chocolate éclairs, and a black currant and almond tart (I forget the exact name!).
