What an utterly perfect SF dining experience! The food was mind-blowing -- interesting flavors, textures, everything fresh & delicious. I had black cod, my boyfriend had pork chops with pomegranite. Divine. Great service, not pretentious at all, and the bill for two, with wine, appetizers, and dessert was under $100. We'll be back. more

I live in North Beach and when we have family or friends visiting from out of town, we like to take them to The House. The food is great. The bean tempura and asparagus appetizers are our favorites. They used to make a wonderful mango with grilled shrimp salad but I didn't see it on the menu in the past... more

We loved this restaurant! It's comfortable, very nice service, resonable prices and DELICIOUS!!!! Now that I am back in Rome I am still dreaming of those steamed ravioli and the Salmon with noodles.
